JERSEY MIKE’S TICKET REWARDS PROMOTION

ADMINISTRATION OF PROMOTION

The Jersey Mike’s Ticket Rewards Promotion ("Promotion") is offered and administered by Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Inc. and its affiliates (herein, collectively "JMFS").  

Customers must become members (“MyMike’s^® Members”) of the Jersey Mike’s Shore Points^® Rewards Program online at https://www.jerseymikes.com/account to participate in this Promotion. MyMike’s membership in the program is limited to residents of the United States who are at least 13 years of age. Jersey Mike’s Shore Points Rewards Program Terms & Conditions apply.  

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2022 and ends (i) when all available Ticket Cash^® codes have been redeemed (“Promotion Period”) or (ii) at 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2022, whichever is earlier. Only 2,500 Ticket Cash codes are available. JMFS’ computer is the official time keeping device of the Promotion.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Participation Requires MyMikes Membership  

During the Promotion Period, MyMike’s^® Members (each such participating MyMike’s Member, a “Participant”) may redeem Shore Points^® (“Shore Points”) for Ticketmaster^® Ticket Cash^® (“Ticket Cash”) through Jersey Mike’s website as set forth below. Fifty (50) Shore Points may be redeemed for one (1) ten dollar ($10) Ticket Cash Code. Participants may only redeem Shore Points five (5) times daily and twenty (20) times overall, totaling no more than two hundred fifty (250) Shore Points per day (up to a maximum of one thousand (1,000) Shore Points overall) in exchange for a maximum total of fifty dollars ($50) in Ticket Cash per day (up to a maximum of $200 in Ticket Cash overall).  

Redeeming Shore Points^® for Ticket Cash

To redeem Shore Points for Ticket Cash, Participants must access the Jersey Mike’s Ticket Cash website at https://www.jerseymikes.com/account/subs-for-shows.  At the site, Participants will need to login to their MyMike’s account and select the amount of Ticket Cash they wish to receive.  Ticket Cash is delivered to Participants in “TM Codes.”  Each TM Code requires redemption of fifty (50) Shore Points and is worth ten dollars ($10) in Ticket Cash. All TM Codes will be delivered in ten dollar ($10) increments. Participants may redeem up to two hundred fifty (250) Shore Points per day, for a total of fifty dollars ($50) in Ticket Cash per day, and up to one thousand (1,000) Shore Points overall, for a total of two hundred dollars ($200) in Ticket Cash throughout the entire promotion period.  After selecting the desired amount of Ticket Cash, TM Code(s) will upload onto the MyMike's website portal and be emailed to the Participant’s registered email account.  Shore Points will be immediately debited from Participant’s accounts.  TM Code(s) shall be valid until 12/31/22.  TM Codes are available on a first come, first served basis. Only 2,500 TM Codes are available under this Promotion. TM Codes can be redeemed at the Ticketmaster website http://www.ticketmaster.com/jerseymikestickets.

For All Participants

Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same email address or other relevant account. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of TM Codes by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other method(s) will void that Participant’s entries and that Participant may be disqualified. Use of any repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar technology, system or agent (including without limitation promotion entry services) to enter is prohibited and will void all gifts by that Participant. Any automated receipt (such as one confirming delivery of text message or e-mail) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by JMFS of an entry. JMFS is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected submissions.

TM CODE REDEMPTION

TM CODE REDEMPTION IS LIMITED TO (A) MAXIMUM OF FIVE (5) TEN DOLLAR ($10) TM CODES PER DAY DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, TOTALLING NO MORE THAN FIFTY DOLLARS ($50) IN TM CODES PER DAY, and (B) MAXIMUM OF twenty (20) TEN DOLLAR ($10) TM Codes OVERALL DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, TOTALLING NO MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200) IN TM CODES OVERALL. ONLY 2,500 TM CODES ARE AVAILABLE UNDER THIS PROMOTION.  The total amount of TM Codes available under this Promotion have an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). Except as required by law, Ticket Cash and/or TM Codes are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, check, or credit. Ticket Cash and/or TM Codes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made. Participants are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with TM Code receipt and/or use. TM Code(s) will be delivered to Participants through email as well as displayed on the Jersey Mike’s website https://www.jerseymikes.com/account/ticketmaster after the Participant completes the redemption process. Participants may also go back to https://www.jerseymikes.com/account/subs-for-shows if TM Codes are lost and can enter their email address to be shown the TM Code again.

TM Codes are redeemable only on the website located at www.ticketmaster.com/jerseymikes. Each TM Code is a one-time use only promo code good toward $10-off final ticket purchase for select events in the United States ticketed on ticketmaster.com or livenation.com, based on availability under this program. TM Codes cannot be used toward VIP Nation^®, TicketsNow^® or events not ticketed by Ticketmaster and Live Nation, fan clubs, ticket packages, gift cards, credits or shipping charges. Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster™, Major League Baseball events, events at AEG venues and tickets not sold directly by Live Nation and Ticketmaster. All ticket purchases are subject to the Purchase Policy found here. TM Codes must be redeemed by 11:59 PM on December 31, 2022. A TM Code can be used only once. Maximum five (5) TM Codes per transaction. TM Codes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if TM Codes contain or are the result of a printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other error(s), or do not contain proper security devices (an “irregular Code”).  Any attempt to obtain or generate multiple TM Codes and/or irregular Codes and/or to use multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers and/or any fraudulent or other non-permissible mechanisms to obtain Codes, as determined by Live Nation in its sole discretion, shall give Live Nation the right to disqualify the user. TM Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. TM Codes cannot be sold or bought and will be void if sold or exchanged for compensation. Any unused value will be forfeited. TM Codes cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. Items purchased with a TM Code are for personal use or gifts only and are not valid for resale. TM Codes cannot be used for past purchases or offers. Use of a TM Code for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. TM Codes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and Live Nation is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use. TM Codes are void where prohibited by law. If a TM Code is used in violation of these Terms, Live Nation reserves the right to (a) cancel any ticket order, or (b) charge user’s credit card for value of tickets after shipment. Once tickets are issued, they cannot be exchanged for other tickets or merchandise.  The TM Code is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at JMFS’s sole discretion.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Participant’s consent for JMFS to use Participant’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

PRIVACY

Information submitted by Participants will be collected by JMFS’ systems based in the United States and such collection will be subject to all applicable United States laws.  Participants may withdraw personal data upon request; however, Shore Points will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn prior to the redemption of the points. Information submitted by Participants is subject to JMFS’ privacy policy. Participant’s participation in this Promotion constitutes consent for JMFS to use Participant’s personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and awarding the TM Code, unless Participant has opted to receive e-mail communications from JMFS and/or its affiliates. ERRORS AND UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including without limitation, fraud, virus or other technical problem, JMFS may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel or terminate the Promotion. JMFS reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual and/or Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, JMFS reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. JMFS’ failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Participant acknowledges that JMFS has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any representation, warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Ticket Cash including, without limitation, the prize quality or availability.

DISPUTES

As a condition of participating in the Promotion, Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or any Ticket Cash and/or TM Code awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by mandatory, binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Participant further agrees that under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect, or any other damages. JMFS reserves the right to modify Ticket Cash and/or TM Code award procedures. All issues and questions concerning the validity, construction, interpretation, performance, and enforcement of the Promotion and these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and JMFS, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.

RELEASE

Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, Participant agrees to release JMFS, Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (“Live Nation”), promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation (a) the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information; (b) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any Ticket Cash and/or TM Code that may be awarded; (c) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (d) technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind; (e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion; (f) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing or exchange of Shore Points; (g) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Ticket Cash and/or TM Code(s); (h) if JMFS must cancel or terminate the Promotion for any reason; or (i) if any Ticket Cash and/or TM Code cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond JMFS’s control.  Participant agrees that in the event of action or proceeding arising in connection with the Promotion, the total Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the Participant’s cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.

Participant acknowledges that JMFS has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any representation, warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Ticket Cash and/or TM Code including, without limitation, the quality or availability.

Live Nation is not a sponsor of this Program or Promotion, and is in no way responsible for the administration of this Program or Promotion, or the fulfillment of TM Codes. All inquiries regarding the Program and Promotion should be directed to JMFS and not to Live Nation.
