COVID-19 Update

The health and well-being of our guests and operators is our highest priority.  In consideration of the impact of COVID-19 on our communities, Jersey Mike’s will remain open, but our dining areas will be temporarily closed to help limit person-to-person contact, beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

Guests can place takeout orders in-store or for pickup through our website or the Jersey Mike’s app. Additionally, delivery is available in most areas through the Jersey Mike’s app or through our third-party delivery partners.

We will continue to do our best to take responsible action, in partnership with the CDC and public health authorities, to serve our guests and operators.

Now you can scan a coupon into the cart with a QR Code!

  1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Jersey Mike’s App
  2. Fill your cart with all of your Jersey Mike’s favorites
  3. Head to your cart and click the +ADD A PROMO CODE OR OFFER button
  4. Select the camera icon and allow the Jersey Mike’s App to have permission to access your camera.
  5. Center the QR code in the camera and scan the barcode 
  6. Code will be added to your order as long as it is valid – if the code is not valid you will receive a pop up letting you know why.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Simply log into your account, then visit the Points Self-Registration page. You will need the receipt from your order (either Jersey Mike's ticket, or 3rd Party vendor's). Follow the instructions and enter in the required information to get your points.

*A maximum of 144 points can be redeemed per transaction.

When you redeem your Shore Points, they will be applied to the lowest-priced menu item you order in the applicable point category. For example, if you order two mini size subs and want to redeem 48 points, your Shore Points will be applied to the lowest-priced mini size sub in your order. If you order a regular size sub and a wrap and want to redeem 72 points, your Shore Points will be applied to the regular size sub or the wrap, whichever is lower-priced.
 

Every year on your birthday, we will add 72 points for a free regular sub and 8 points towards your next reward to your Shore Points® account. You need to opt into email marketing from your MyMike's™ profile page at least 24 hours before your birthday to ensure you receive the reward, otherwise you will receive it the following year.

No! Jersey Mike’s Shore Points® will never expire and are good at any Jersey Mike’s location in the country they were activated in.

Not all coupon offers are valid online, please check the offer details for it's limitations. 4-6 Digit codes found at the bottom of coupons are only valid for in-store purchases. Online promo codes will be alpha-numeric.

If you are scanning a QR code please make sure you have the most current version of the Jersey Mike’s App and that you allow the app to have access to your camera.

If there is another reason the code will not work it will be displayed above the code box after you submit the code.

We send you a birthday email with a link to your Shore Points® page on your birthday. If you did not receive your email, simply visit your Shore Points® history page to see that your birthday points were added.
