1. SPONSOR: Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Inc., 2251 Landmark Place, Manasquan, NJ 08736.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Jersey Mike’s Shore Point Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on June 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, trustees, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, employees and agents of Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and the immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same households, whether or not related, of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
4. PREREQUISITES TO ENTRY:
You must have the Jersey Mike's app installed on your mobile device.
You must register a MyMike’s Profile and be enrolled in the Shore Points Rewards Program. If you are not already enrolled, follow the instructions on the app to complete a MyMike's Profile. Terms and Conditions of the Shore Points® Rewards Program can be found at https://www.jerseymikes.com/rewards/terms-conditions.
In your MyMike’s Profile, select communication through your preferred method (i.e., text, e-mail).
Opt in to receive push notifications.
Establish an account with TikTok, Instagram, and/or X.
5. HOW TO ENTER:
At various times during the Sweepstakes Period, MyMike’s Account Holders, provided they meet the requirements set forth in Section 4, will receive notifications that will provide information on how to enter the Sweepstakes through a social media channel (TikTok, Instagram, or X) that will link to a Jersey Mike’s post.
Potential entrants must then engage with the social media post as follows below. All entries must occur within 24 hours of the relevant post by Sponsor.
TikTok: Comment on the post that is linked to the Sweepstakes.
Instagram: Comment on the post that is linked to the Sweepstakes.
Instagram Stories: Interact with the poll included in the post that is linked to the Sweepstakes.
X: Comment on the post that is linked to the Sweepstakes.
Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) entry per person (using only one (1) MyMike’s account), regardless of method used to enter. You may only use one (1) email address and corresponding MyMike's profile to enter the Sweepstakes. Any entries received from any person or email address or MyMike's profile in excess of the stated daily limitation above will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to void any entry if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the entry includes offensive language or otherwise seeks to subvert the entry process.
By using your mobile device to enter the Sweepstakes, data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your mobile device’s capabilities for specific instructions.
6. PRIZE: Prize winners will receive 72 Shore Points in their MyMike’s account. The approximate retail value for each prize is $7.45. In total, the Sweepstakes will result in up to 200 prizes awarded with an approximate cumulative retail value of $1,490.
7. WINNER SELECTION: Up to 50 potential winners will be selected for each social media post during the Sweepstakes Period. All potential winners will be selected on the day following the social media post included in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall elect potential winners via a randomized process or by other means that ensures each entrant receives an equal chance of being selected as a potential winner.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & RESPONSE: Potential prize winners will be notified by Sponsor as follows:
TikTok: Sponsor will contact the prize winners by comment reply on the relevant post. Prize winners must thereafter direct message Sponsor within 24 hours to receive the prize.
Instagram & Instagram Stories: Sponsor will contact the prize winners by including their username in Sponsor’s Instagram Stories. Prize winners must thereafter direct message Sponsor within 24 hours to receive the prize.
X: Sponsor will contact the prize winners by direct message. Prize winners must thereafter respond to Sponsor’s direct message within 24 hours to receive the price.
If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the deadline for responding to each post.
10. TAXES: Sponsor is not liable for any federal, state, or local taxes owed, or other adverse tax consequences or penalties.
11. GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of each of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons (including death) or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

PUBLICITY: By acceptance of a prize, each winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, Entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use.
13. MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Entries or orders, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries or orders, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or smartphone related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website or app. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, website or app, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received prior to the termination date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR APP OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

PRIVACY: Your participation in this Promotion constitutes consent for Promotion Entities to use your personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and awarding the prizes, unless you have opted to receive e-mail communications from one or more of the Promotion Entities. 15. DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in the Promotion, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by mandatory, binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
Entrant further agrees that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect, or any other damages. Sponsor reserves the right to modify Prize award procedures. All issues and questions concerning the validity, construction, interpretation, performance, and enforcement of the Promotion and these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New Jersey.
