The NFL Entities shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest/Promotion or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Contest/promotion in any way.
CONTEST PERIOD: Jersey Mike’s NFL Predictor Contest (the “Contest”) starts on August 30, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. The parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, trustees, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, employees, representatives, and agents of Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, LLC. (“Sponsor”), the Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Contest in any way.
Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the NFL Enterprises LLC, The NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, download and install the Jersey Mike's app on your mobile device (if you have not done so already) and follow the instructions to complete a MyMike's profile and select communication through email, text or both (if you have not done so already). There is no cost to download and install the Jersey Mike’s app and there is no cost to create a MyMike’s profile.

Beginning on every Tuesday during the 2025-26 NFL Regular Season at [8:00AM U.S. Eastern Time], users can make their picks for up to eight (8) NFL games scheduled in that game week (i.e., Thursday through Monday). All the matchups are presented in a clean, tappable format, showing the competing team logos and scheduled game times. Teams that have bye-weeks will appear in a card labelled “Bye Week”.
Users can select between one to eight games to predict in a game week but cannot exceed eight total picks in a game week. Using the rolling lockout functionality, users can update their picks at any time until the kick-off of each selected game. Users cannot change or make picks for games that have started. Picks will only be valid for the current game week (i.e., Week 1, Week 2, Week 3).
Users will play to compete on a Season-Long Leaderboard. The Leaderboard will list the Username and the user’s total score, and their rank compared to other users. Every user will see themselves highlighted at the top of the leaderboard.
Users earn five (5) Shore Points for submitting at least one (1) game pick each week.
Users will earn an additional one (1) Shore Point and one (1) Leaderboard Point for each correct pick made in a given game week. Users can earn up to eight (8) additional Shore Points and eight (8) Leaderboard Points in a given game week.
Users once per week, can place an in-app Jersey Mike's order with a sub, and unlock a 9th bonus pick for that same game week.
Users who participate by selecting at least one (1) game pick in consecutive weeks will receive coupon codes to be redeemed at participating Jersey Mike’s locations. Coupon codes will provided to the user’s Jersey Mike’s account, with the following coupon codes for each tranche of consecutive weeks in which a user participates:

Four (4) total weeks played - $1 off Any Sub
Six (6) total weeks played - $2 off Any Sub
Ten (10) total weeks played – 10% off your next order
Fifteen (15) total weeks played – Free Regular Sub

On January 5, 2026, there will be two (2) 2026 Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize winners who will each win a trip for two (2) (the winner and one (1) guest) to the Super Bowl held in San Francisco, CA in February 2026. Terms of the 2026 Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize are set forth in Section 4. There will also be fifty (50) First Prize winners who will each receive one (1) $100 NFLShop.com gift card and fifty (50) Second Prize winners who will each receive one (1) $50 Jersey Mike’s gift card. As further set forth in Section 5 of these Rules, all winners will be selected based on the number of correct picks made during the 2025-26 NFL regular season.
Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. You may only use one (1) email address and corresponding MyMike's profile to enter the Contest. Any entries received from any person or email address or MyMike's profile in excess of the stated limitation above will be void.
By using your mobile device to enter the Contest, data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Contest. Two (2) 2026 Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize winners: Each of the two (2) Super Bowl Grand Prize winners will receive a trip for two (2) to the 2026 Super Bowl. This prize will include:
Two (2) tickets (for winner and one (1) guest) to Super Bowl LX in San Francisco on February 8, 2026 (terms of the tickets set forth below);
Round trip first or business class (or other equivalent as determined by Jersey Mike’s in its sole discretion) airfare for the Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major airport (as determined by Jersey Mike’s in its sole discretion) near Prize winner’s primary residence to a major airport near the location of the Super Bowl (as determined by Jersey Mike’s in its sole discretion);
Three (3) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations February 6 – 9, 2026;
Two (2) commemorative gift bags;
Two (2) tickets (for winner and one (1) guest) to the Taste of the NFL 2026 in San Francisco on February 7, 2026;
Two (2) tickets (for winner and one (1) guest) to the Super Bowl Experience in San Francisco to occur on or around February 6-8, 2026; ;
Complementary transportation to and from (i) the Taste of the NFL 2026, (ii) the Super Bowl Experience, and (iii) Super Bowl LX, via shared bus service (or other equivalent as determined by Jersey Mike’s in its sole discretion); and
A stipend in the amount of $750 (issued in the form of a check to the winner).

Fifty (50) Second Prize winners will each receive one (1) Jersey Mike’s gift card in the amount of $50. Jersey Mike’s gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions found at https://www.jerseymikes.com/gift-cards/terms.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes listed in this Section 4(a): $32,550. Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize packages are valued at approximately $8,775 each (totaling $17,550). NFLShop.com gift card prizes are valued at a total of $10,000. Jersey Mike’s gift card prizes are valued at a total of $2,500. Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if Grand Prize winners live within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of San Francisco as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation in such event. Actual ARV of the prizes may vary depending upon respective Grand Prize winners’ places of residence and airline fares at the time of travel.
WINNER SELECTION: Winners are selected by Leaderboard status, which is ranked by the number of Leaderboard Points accrued by an individual user. Users accrue one (1) Leaderboard Point for each correct game prediction in a game week, with Leaderboard Points accruing over the course of the 17 game weeks in the NFL regular season. The two (2) users ranked first (1st) and second (2nd) on the Leaderboard on January 5, 2026 (i.e., the conclusion of the NFL regular season) will each win one (1) Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize. The remaining fifty (50) First Prize winners and fifty (50) Second Prize winners will also be awarded by Leaderboard rank, with the First Prize distributed to the highest-ranked users until no longer available and then the Second Prize in the same manner. In the event of a tie for any prize, the process for determining the winner will be as follows. First, the tied user with the greater percentage of correct picks out of total picks will win. Second, if the users remain tied, the tied user with the greater number of submitted picks will win. Third, if the users still remain tied, the winner will be randomly selected by the Sponsor.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: All potential Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize, First Prize, and Second Prize winners will be notified by Sponsor via email and/or phone. The notified winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification or a new winner will be drawn.
All potential Prize winners shall be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS W-9 Form and, where lawful, a publicity release. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period as set forth in those forms, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact potential winner, or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. For the Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize, in the event a potential prize winner is deemed ineligible, Sponsor will determine the next alternate winner by the next highest ranked user on the Leaderboard (i.e., the third-place user would be the first alternate winner).
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period, each user’s number of entries, and the accuracy of a user’s predictions.
TAXES: The pre-tax value of each Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize is approximately $4,750.00. Grand Prize winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes associated with prize. Sponsor may withhold such taxes prior to payment of the prize if required by applicable tax law. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for each Grand Prize winner. Sponsor is not liable for any federal, state, or local taxes owed, or other adverse tax consequences or penalties.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to any/all ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, incidentals, souvenirs and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winners and their guests. Sponsor is not responsible for determining your entry requirements for any transit relating to this Contest. If a winner does not have the required travel documentation, a new winner will be selected. Game and airline tickets (if applicable) shall be subject to availability and are subject to certain terms, conditions and regulations specified by issuer. All ticket locations are to be selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Flight schedules for Grand Prize winners and their guests will be determined solely by Sponsor. Grand Prize winners and their guests must travel together on the same itinerary. The trip may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles. Any penalties or fees associated with a change in itinerary following booking and confirmation of travel will be the responsibility of Grand Prize winners. Grand Prize winners and their guests must possess valid travel documents (i.e. valid photo ID) in order to travel and check in to hotel. COVID AND ILLNESS RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Prize winner and his/her guest irrevocably waive all claims against the Released Parties (as defined below) and agrees that the Released Parties will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest, the prize elements awarded, personal injury, or wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of the winner participating in the Contest and related activities, wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Prize winner fully understands that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that will be implemented from time to time by any/all travel providers or those providing accommodations (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, each user agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Contest; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, the NFL Entities shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest/Promotion or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Contest/promotion in any way.
PUBLICITY: By acceptance of a prize, each winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from user or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use.
MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries or orders, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries or orders, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or smartphone related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website or app. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest, website or app, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from among all non-suspect, eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest for any reason in its sole discretion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR APP OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in the Contest, user agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by mandatory, binding arbitration by JAMS ADR.
User further agrees that under no circumstances will user be permitted to obtain awards for, and user hereby waives all rights to claim any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect, or any other damages. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. All issues and questions concerning the validity, construction, interpretation, performance, and enforcement of the Contest and these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the user and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New Jersey.
