ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their respective state as of the date of entry. HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, download and install the Jersey Mike's app on your mobile device (if you have not done so already) and follow the instructions to complete a MyMike's profile and select communication through email, text or both (if you have not done so already). There is no cost to download and install the Jersey Mike’s app and there is no cost to create a MyMike’s profile.

Beginning on every Tuesday during the 2026-27 NFL Regular Season at 8:00AM U.S. Eastern Time, participants can make their picks on NFL games scheduled in that game week (i.e., Thursday through Monday). All the matchups are presented in a clean, tappable format, showing the competing team logos and scheduled game times. Teams that have bye-weeks will appear in a card labelled “Bye Week”.
Participants can have access to make picks on all the games. Using the rolling lockout functionality, users can update their picks at any time until the kick-off of each selected game. Players cannot change or make picks for games that have started. Picks will only be valid for the current game week (i.e., Week 1, Week 2, Week 3).
Participants will compete on a Season-Long Leaderboard. The Leaderboard will list the Display Name and the user’s total score, and their rank compared to other users. Every user will see themselves highlighted at the top of the leaderboard.
Participants will earn one (1) Leaderboard Point for each correct pick made in each game week.
Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. You may only use one (1) email address and corresponding MyMike's profile to enter the Contest. Any entries received from any person or email address or MyMike's profile in excess of the stated limitation above will be void.
By using your mobile device to enter the Contest, data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Round trip coach airfare for the winner and one (1) guest from a major airport (as determined by Jersey Mike’s in its sole discretion) near Prize winner’s primary residence to a major airport near Inglewood, CA (as determined by Jersey Mike’s in its sole discretion);
Three (3) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations February 12 – 15, 2027;

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes listed in this Section 4(a): $16,450.00. Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize package is valued at approximately $13,450.00 each. NFLShop.com gift card prizes are valued at a total of $1,500.00. Jersey Mike’s gift card prizes are valued at a total of $1,500. Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if Grand Prize winner lives within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of Inglewood, CA as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation in such event. Actual ARV of the prizes may vary depending upon respective Grand Prize winners’ places of residence and airline fares at the time of travel.
WINNER SELECTION: Winners are selected by Leaderboard status, which is ranked by the number of Leaderboard Points accrued by an individual user. Users accrue one (1) Leaderboard Point for each correct game prediction in a game week, with Leaderboard Points accruing over the course of the 18 game weeks in the NFL regular season. The one (1) user ranked first (1st) on the Leaderboard on January 11, 2027 (i.e., the conclusion of the NFL regular season) will win one (1) Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize. The remaining twenty five (25) First Prize winners and twenty five (25) Second Prize winners will also be awarded by Leaderboard rank, with the First Prize distributed to the highest-ranked users until no longer available and then the Second Prize in the same manner. In the event of a tie for any prize, the process for determining the winner will be as follows. First, the tied user with the greater percentage of correct picks out of total picks will win. Second, if the users remain tied, the tied user with the greater number of submitted picks will win. Third, if the users still remain tied, the winner will be randomly selected by the Sponsor.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: All potential Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize, First Prize, and Second Prize winners will be notified by Sponsor via email and/or phone. The notified winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, or a new winner will be selected and/or drawn as applicable.
All potential Prize winners shall be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS W-9 Form and, where lawful, a publicity release. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period as set forth in those forms, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact potential winner, or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. For the Super Bowl Experience Grand Prize, in the event a potential prize winner is deemed ineligible, Sponsor will determine the next alternate winner by the next highest ranked user on the Leaderboard (i.e., the third-place user would be the first alternate winner).
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period, each user’s number of entries, and the accuracy of a user’s predictions.
TAXES: Grand Prize winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes associated with prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for each Grand Prize winner. Sponsor is not liable for any federal, state, or local taxes owed, or other adverse tax consequences or penalties.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to any/all ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, incidentals, souvenirs and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winners and their guests. Sponsor is not responsible for determining your entry requirements for any transit relating to this Contest. If a winner does not have the required travel documentation, a new winner will be selected. Game and airline tickets (if applicable) shall be subject to availability and are subject to certain terms, conditions and regulations specified by issuer. All ticket locations are to be selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Flight schedules for Grand Prize winners and their guests will be determined solely by Sponsor. Grand Prize winners and their guests must travel together on the same itinerary. The trip may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles. Any penalties or fees associated with a change in itinerary following booking and confirmation of travel will be the responsibility of Grand Prize winners. Grand Prize winners and their guests must possess valid travel documents (i.e. valid photo ID) in order to travel and check in to hotel.

COVID AND ILLNESS RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Grand Prize winner and their guest irrevocably waive all claims against the Released Parties (as defined below) and agrees that the Released Parties will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest, the prize elements awarded, personal injury, or wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of the winner participating in the Contest and related activities, wherever, whenever or however the same may occur.

MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries or orders, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries or orders, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. FORCE MAJEURE: Released Parties shall not be liable to participants, winners or any other person or entity for failure to execute the Sweepstakes, or supply a prize or any part thereof, by reason of any act of God, any action(s), regulation(s) order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist act, cyber-attack, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, cancellation or delay of any event, or any similar or dissimilar event beyond their reasonable control.

Game Tickets Prize Conditions: Game is subject to availability, change, and/or cancellation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for a canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled Game. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding Game rescheduling or cancellation. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor in the event of Game delay, postponement, or cancellation. If winner cannot attend the Game on the date specified, prize shall be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such individual. Tickets are only valid for the date shown on the ticket. Seating assignments are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A minor child may accompany winner as a guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during the Game by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and their guest may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Game. Resale of Game tickets is strictly prohibited. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Winner and guest must abide by all venue policies and regulations, including without limitation all health and safety protocols, and ticket terms and conditions at all times. Ticket redemption may require a mobile ticketing app and is subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Grand Prize Trip Conditions: A minor child may accompany winner as a guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during all prize-related events by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Once the guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The guest (or their parent or legal guardian if guest is a minor) must complete and return a Liability/Travel Release prior to Sponsor’s designated travel agency making travel arrangements. All travel and prize-related events are subject to availability, change and restrictions. Selection of airport, airline and hotel are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Selection of seating on flights are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner resides within 250 miles of the destination city, the Sponsor will award $200.00 (payable to winner in the form of a check) in lieu of air transportation. Winner will be required to provide a credit card prior to hotel check-in and is solely responsible for all incidental charges and may be required to sign an additional liability release for the use of the accommodations. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled prize-related events (including, but not limited to airline flights) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its control.
