Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE CONTEST.

The NHL Entities (as defined below) shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest or any prize awarded. The NHL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Contest in any way.

1. CONTEST PERIOD: Jersey Mike’s Hockey Predictor Contest (the “Contest”) begins on January 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends after the last game of the 2026 NHL Conference Finals (“Contest Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. The parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, trustees, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, employees, representatives, and agents of Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Inc. (“Sponsor”), the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC (the “NHL Entities”), and the immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same households, whether or not related, of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, download and install the Jersey Mike's app on your mobile device (if you have not done so already) and follow the instructions to complete a MyMike's profile and select communication through email, text or both (if you have not done so already). There is no cost to download and install the Jersey Mike’s app and there is no cost to create a MyMike’s profile.

· For each game day during the Contest Period, which includes portions of the 2025-26 NHL regular season and portions of the 2026 NHL Stanley Cup® Playoffs, you will be asked to pick the winning team of NHL® games being played that day (each being a “Game Day”). Users can select between one (1) and a maximum of four (4) games per Game Day. Game Days include any day that an NHL hockey game is being played and is listed on the Jersey Mike’s Hockey Predictor Contest game board. Game boards will be refreshed daily to show the next slate of games at 3:00 a.m. ET.

· The game selection window will open at 3:00 a.m. ET on each Game Day and will close at the scheduled puck drop for each specific game on that Game Day. You may change your selections for any given game up until puck drop of the specific game(s) you are predicting on that Game Day. Puck drop times are published by the NHL. Once the game selection window closes on the app, you will be unable to change your picks.

· Participants will receive two (2) “Shore Points®” (customer rewards points at Jersey Mike’s, redeemable for certain Jersey Mike’s products) for each Game Day in which the participant selects a winner for at least one (1) game. For each correct game pick on an individual Game Day, participants will earn one (1) additional Shore Point and will receive one (1) leaderboard point (a “Leaderboard Point”). The number of Leaderboard Points will be used in determining the Grand Prize, First Prize, and Second Prize winners (as defined herein).

· Each week, after a user submits their pick(s) for the first time, the game will display a promotional splash screen (once per user per week) that rewards players with a special offer. The special offer will be determined at the discretion of Jersey Mike’s and will not impact a user’s Leaderboard Points.

· At the end of the 2026 NHL Conference Finals there will be one (1) Grand Prize (as defined below) winner who will win a trip for two (2) to one (1) game of the 2026 Stanley Cup® Final which will be held at some date in June 2026. There will also be fifty (50) First Prize (as defined below) winners who will each receive one (1) $100 NHLShop.com gift card, and twenty-five (25) Second Prize (as defined below) winners who will each receive one (1) $50 Jersey Mike’s gift card.

Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. You may only use one (1) email address and corresponding MyMike's profile to enter the Contest. Any entries received from any person or email address or MyMike's profile in excess of the stated limitation above will be void.

By using your mobile device to enter the Contest, data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Contest. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your mobile device’s capabilities for specific instructions.

4. PRIZES:

i. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to one (1) game of the 2026 Stanley Cup® Final (the “Grand Prize”). Choice of the 2026 Stanley Cup® Final game shall be in Sponsor’s sole discretion and on a date and at a location to be determined. This prize will include:

1. Two tickets (for winner and one (1) guest) to one (1) game of the 2026 Stanley Cup® Final at a location to be determined and on a date in 2026;

2. Round trip coach class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major airport (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) near Grand Prize winner’s residence to a major airport near the location of the 2026 Stanley Cup® Final. Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if Grand Prize winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the applicable Grand Prize game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation in such event.

3. Two nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for one (1) 2026 Stanley Cup® Final game; and

4. A stipend in the amount of $250 (issued in the form of a check to the Grand Prize winner).

ii. Fifty (50) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) NHLShop.com gift card in the amount of $100 (each, a “First Prize”). NHLShop.com gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions found at https://shop.nhl.com/nhlshop-terms-of-service/ch-2297.

iii. Twenty-five (25) Second Prize winners will each receive a Jersey Mike’s gift card in the amount of $50 (each, a “Second Prize”). Jersey Mike’s gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions found at https://www.jerseymikes.com/gift-cards/terms.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: $11,000. Grand Prize package is valued at approximately $4,750. NHLShop.com gift card prizes are valued at a total of $5,000. Jersey Mike’s gift card prizes are valued at a total of $1,250. Actual ARV of the prizes may vary depending upon respective Grand Prize winner’s place of residence and airline fares at the time of travel.

5. WINNER SELECTION: Winners are selected by Leaderboard Point status, which is ranked by the number of Leaderboard Points accrued by an individual user. Users accrue one (1) Leaderboard Point for each correct game prediction on a Game Day, with Leaderboard Points accruing over the course of the 2025-26 NHL regular season, through the 2026 NHL Conference Finals. The entrant with the most Leaderboard Points at the end of the 2026 NHL Conference Finals will win the Grand Prize. The remaining fifty (50) First Prize winners and twenty-five (25) Second Prize winners will also be determined by Leaderboard Point status. In the event of a tie for any prize, the process for determining the winner will be as follows. First, the tied entrant with the greater percentage of correct picks out of total picks will win. Second, if the entrants remain tied, the tied entrant with the greater number of submitted picks will win. Third, if the entrants still remain tied, the winner will be randomly selected by the Sponsor.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential prize winners will be notified by Sponsor via email and/or phone. Sponsor will notify the Grand Prize Winner within twenty-four (24) hours of the last game of the NHL Conference Finals. The notified winners, including the Grand Prize Winner, must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. If any winner fails to respond within twenty-four hours, Sponsor shall determine a new winner by reference to the user with the next highest number of Leaderboard Points.

All potential prize winners shall be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS W-9 Form and, where lawful, a publicity release. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator (as defined below) is unable to contact potential winner, or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period as well as the accuracy of an entrant’s predictions.

8. TAXES: The pre-tax value of the Grand Prize is approximately $4,750.00. Grand Prize winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes associated with prize. Sponsor may withhold such taxes prior to payment of the prize if required by applicable tax law. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for Grand Prize winner. Sponsor is not liable for any federal, state, or local taxes owed, or other adverse tax consequences or penalties.

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to any/all ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, incidentals, souvenirs and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and their guest. Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for ensuring that they have all required entry documentation and identification to enter Canada, if applicable, including passports and/or valid permanent resident cards. Sponsor is not responsible for determining your entry requirements. If a winner does not have the required travel documentation, a new winner will be selected. Game and airline tickets (if applicable) shall be subject to availability and are subject to certain terms, conditions and regulations specified by issuer. All ticket locations are to be selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Flight schedules for Grand Prize winner and their guest will be determined solely by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and their guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The trip may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles. Any penalties or fees associated with a change in itinerary following booking and confirmation of travel will be the responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner and their guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e. valid photo ID, passport) in order to travel and check in to hotel. Sponsor and the NHL Entities are not responsible if a game is delayed, postponed or canceled for any reason. A Grand Prize winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor or the NHL Entities for tickets that winner is unable to use due to cancellation or postponement of the applicable game. Grand Prize winner agrees that game admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Grand Prize winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations including any rules and regulations related to COVID-19. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of a prize. Grand Prize winner’s guest shall be required to execute and return liability and/or publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents or attendance at a game. Grand Prize winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least eighteen (18); if any such guest is younger than eighteen (18) years old or younger than the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, releases must be signed by the minor’s parent or legal guardian). All prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor or the NHL Entities. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

10. COVID AND ILLNESS RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Grand Prize winner and his/her guest irrevocably waive all claims against the Released Parties (as defined below) and agree that the Released Parties will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest, the prize elements awarded, personal injury, or wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of the winner participating in the Contest and related activities, wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Grand Prize winner fully understands that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that will be implemented from time to time by any/all travel providers or those providing accommodations (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.

11. GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Contest; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, the NHL Entities and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of each of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons (including death) or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

12. PUBLICITY: By acceptance of a prize, each winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use.

13. MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries or orders, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries or orders, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or smartphone related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website or app. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest, website or app, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from among all non-suspect, eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest for any reason in its sole discretion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR APP OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

14. PRIVACY: Your participation in this Contest constitutes consent for Sponsor to use your personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding the prizes, unless you have opted to receive email communications from the Sponsor. 15. DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in the Contest, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by mandatory, binding arbitration by JAMS ADR.

Entrant further agrees that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect, or any other damages. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. All issues and questions concerning the validity, construction, interpretation, performance, and enforcement of the Contest and these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New Jersey.

16.
