Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike's serves authentic East Coast-style subs - the same recipe it started with over 50 years ago. Passionate Jersey Mike's fans crave their subs made Mike's Way™; with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and a signature olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. We use only private labeled meats and cheeses that are sliced fresh for each sub sandwich and piled high in-store baked bread. Everything is quickly made to order for each customer, just the way the first subs were made at the original Jersey Mike's. As our brand has evolved, so has the menu. The current menu has all our bestselling subs. We no longer have our previous menu available that list the missing numbers.

As a franchise company, our locations are individually owned and operated. All payroll and tax-related issues are handled at the store level. While Jersey Mike's is widely known for its culture of giving, we do not have a scholarship program through our headquarters. If you work at a Jersey Mike's location, you may want to inquire with the individual owner if they have any programs at the store level.

The original Jersey Mike's Subs has been transformed into our National Training Center. You may want to stop by our flagship location at 901 Richmond Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, just a few blocks east of the original store.
