MyMike's™ Account

Please send an email to (techsupport@jerseymikes.com) and provide both old and new email addresses confirming the one that you want to use moving forward.
Log in to your MyMike's™ account and select the "More" icon. Then select "MyMike's™ account" and "Edit Account Details". Once you have updated the phone number, select "Save Changes".
Jersey Mike's uses a password security system that will detect insecure passwords. If you are receiving this error, you will need to update your password to a unique one that is only used for Jersey Mike's. Depending on how many times you try, you might receive a suspicious activity error and your account will be blocked. If this occurs, please allow 15-20 minutes before trying again.

If you've ordered from us in the past or had an Email Club account with linked Shore Points® account, we've created a MyMike's™ account for you! All you need to do is reset your password from the login screen. Your name, email, telephone and Shore Points® number are already linked. You can log in and update your settings and then start placing orders.

We recently updated customer accounts to a MyMike's™ account and transferred all existing account data over for our customers. You can log in with the same email and password as before. This transfer does not affect your Shore Points® earnings.

Great! You have a MyMike's™ account created for you and you just need to reset your password from the login screen. You will be emailed directions on how to reset your password.

We'll send you our current promotion and a coupon in almost all the emails we send.
Simply create a MyMike’s™ account and use it to place an online or mobile order. For in-store orders, enter your phone number or scan your app at checkout.
Simply log into or create a MyMike's™ account and use the "Change Phone" feature on your account page. Your account will be updated with the new number and your points will be transferred.

Notify the team member that you would like to redeem points for your purchase before the transaction is completed. If using the Mobile App, you would be notified if you have enough points to redeem for your purchase should you choose to.

You can unsubscribe from the link at the bottom of any marketing message we send you. You can change your settings by logging into, or creating a MyMike's™ account with the email address you have registered with us then changing the details on your account page.

Yes! Simply log into your account, then visit the Points Self-Registration page. You will need the receipt from your order (either Jersey Mike's ticket, or 3rd Party vendor's). Follow the instructions and enter in the required information to get your points.

We send you a birthday email with a link to your Shore Points® page on your birthday. If you did not receive your email, simply visit your Shore Points® history page to see that your birthday points were added.

Due to a change in systems, birthday rewards are now sent in the form of Shore Points® and require a MyMike's™ account. If you previously only had an Email Club account, simply sign up for a MyMike's™ account and opt into marketing emails within 24 hrs. prior to your birthday. Then visit your Shore Points® page after your birthday to see that your birthday points were added.

Log into your MyMike's™ account and select the box for "Yes, I would like to receive marketing email offers that include my birthday coupon” and save your changes.
No, the points do not expire.

We appreciate your interest and thoughtfulness to support a local charity. However, as stated in Jersey Mike's Shore Points® terms and conditions, points do not have a cash value.

The balance will appear on every receipt, or you can check your balance online or via the web or mobile app by logging into your MyMike's™ account. If you do not have one, simply create one using the phone number you use to earn your Shore Points®, then log into that account.

If you need to merge two active Shore Points® accounts, please reach out to shorepoints@jerseymikes.com with both the old and new phone numbers you need to merge as well as the approximate balance on each card. Please note which number you would like to delete and which number you would like to retain.

No! Jersey Mike’s Shore Points® will never expire and are good at any Jersey Mike’s location in the country they were activated in.

If you only receive Email Club emails, you do not have a MyMike’s™ account. Simply create a new MyMike’s™ account using your Email Club email.

We normally send out 2 national emails per month. You may also receive up to 6 additional emails, including offers from your selected local store.

Every year on your birthday, we will add 72 points for a free regular sub and 8 points towards your next reward to your Shore Points® account. You need to opt into email marketing from your MyMike's™ profile page at least 24 hours before your birthday to ensure you receive the reward, otherwise you will receive it the following year.

If you order a regular size sub and a wrap and want to redeem 72 points, your Shore Points® will be applied to the regular size sub or the wrap, whichever is lower-priced.

As our brand has evolved, so has the menu. The current menu has all our bestselling subs. We no longer have our previous menu available that list the missing numbers.

As a franchise company, our locations are individually owned and operated. All payroll and tax-related issues are handled at the store level. While Jersey Mike's is widely known for its culture of giving, we do not have a scholarship program through our headquarters. If you work at a Jersey Mike's location, you may want to inquire with the individual owner if they have any programs at the store level.

My Order

You need to cancel your online order directly at the store you ordered. Please use the following link https://www.jerseymikes.com/locations for store phone numbers.

The message you received occurs when the zip code provided does not match the billing zip code your card issuer has on file. Please contact your credit card company regarding this.

There is an issue at the store you are trying to order from. This could be due to any of the following:

  • Internet issue and cannot connect
  • Store temporarily turned online ordering off due to staffing issue or out of a product
  • Delivery drivers may not be available in the area at that time
To order a sub without bread, simply select the sub you would like, then select 'Size' and then 'Bowl'.
Simply open your app as if you were going to order, go to the Favorites section and find the order you want to remove. Tap on the trash can in the upper right corner of the order then click on the red delete button to permanently remove the order from Favorites.
  • In the app, please tap on "More", "My Mike's™ Account", "Edit Account Details", then choose the payment tab at the top of the screen.
  • On the website, go to your My Mike's™ Account, "Edit Account Details", then choose the payment tab at the top of the screen.
Delivery orders require a minimum subtotal of $10. The amount charged to deliver your order is variable based on the distance of the delivery address from the store.
Once the order is placed, there is a link in the confirmation email that says, 'check delivery status'. This will direct you to the DoorDash delivery tracking webpage.
Both the delivery fee and the service fee go directly to our delivery partner to facilitate the technology and logistics to provide delivery.

  • Make your selections
  • Tap the sandwich bag
  • Once the CHECKOUT screen opens, you should see 'Curbside Pickup' near the middle of the screen with your current vehicle information below it
  • Tap on the '>' directly across from the vehicle information to open a screen labeled 'CURBSIDE PICKUP'
  • Edit the vehicle information
  • Tap on SAVE at the bottom of the screen

Gift Cards

You do not need the PIN # for online or in-store transactions.
Multiple gift cards can be used on orders in-store and on the app. When ordering on the app, enter each GC # on the payment page before selecting the "Place Order" button.
Gift cards cannot be saved or stored on the app at this time.

When purchasing at your local store, it is according to their inventory.  When purchasing gift cards online, you can purchase up to 10 Jersey Mike’s gift cards with a maximum combined value of $500.

For physical cards, you will be sent a confirmation email from UniServ, our third-party vendor.

For virtual gift cards you will receive a receipt/confirmation from GiftCardMall to your email address provided. It will include: Recipient email addresses, Amount of order, and Order number.

For physical gift cards the charge will be from UniServ, our third-party vendor. For virtual gift cards the charge will be from BHN*GIFTCARDMALL 877-426-2551, CA, US.
Physical Jersey Mike’s gift cards can be reloaded at your local store.  At this time, gift cards cannot be reloaded online.
No. Jersey Mike’s gift cards do not expire.
There are no refunds for Jersey Mike's Subs gift cards, nor can the gift cards be redeemed for cash except in states that require cash redemption. View our gift card terms and conditions. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
Points are not earned when purchasing a Jersey Mike's gift card. The recipient of Jersey Mike's gift card will earn points when using the gift card for any sub purchase.
First, find out where the gift card was purchased. If it was not purchased at a Jersey Mike's restaurant or through our website, the original purchaser will need to contact the vendor they bought it from to receive a replacement or refund. You will not receive a confirmation when the Virtual Gift Card is sent to the recipient. Please retain the receipt/confirmation email you received after purchase.

Gift Cards purchased from sources other than Jersey Mike's and participating authorized retailers may not be valid or may have less redeemable value than promised by an unauthorized seller. Promotions

Not all coupon offers are valid online, please check the offer details for it's limitations. 4-6 Digit codes found at the bottom of coupons are only valid for in-store purchases. Online promo codes will be alpha-numeric.

If you are scanning a QR code please make sure you have the most current version of the Jersey Mike’s App and that you allow the app to have access to your camera.

If there is another reason the code will not work it will be displayed above the code box after you submit the code.

There is now an option to save in-app offers received via email. The Promo Codes can be manually entered and saved as MY OFFERS in the app to be used for app orders while still valid. Simply enter the promo code and click the blue plus sign to save.
To access your saved offers, select the MyMike's™ "Surfboard" icon, then go to "My Offers" and select "View Offers"
