Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Second Lehi Location
LEHI, Utah, Sept. 13, 2017 – Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Lehi on September 20. Franchise owners Steve & Jolene Leonard and Fred Downey, along with operating partners Shayla McKinney & Craig Wilkerson held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, September 20 to Sunday, September 24 to support Skyridge High School.
The new restaurant, located at 1851 W. Traverse Parkway, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Skyridge High School.
“We are excited to open the ninth Jersey Mike’s Subs in Utah!,” said Leonard. “We take pride in serving our community by partnering with local charities and organizations. Education is very important to us so joining forces with the local high school, Skyridge High School, was an easy choice. We are looking forward to sharing our amazing subs with the Lehi community and giving 100 percent of the donations to Skyridge from the 5-day long fundraiser!”
