Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Hauppauge Location
Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Hauppauge on July 12. Franchise owners Seth Goldstein, Alvin Goldstein, Mitch Cohen, and Marvin Goldfarb held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, July 12 to Sunday, July 16 to support Stony Brook Children's Hospital.
The new restaurant, located at 586 Veterans Memorial Hwy., circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Stony Brook Children's Hospital.
“We look forward to bringing authentic Jersey Mike’s sub sandwiches to the Hauppauge community,” said Seth Goldstein. “During our grand opening fundraiser, we are partnering with Stony Brook Children’s Hospital, which brings vital care to Long Island families. We look forward to sharing the Jersey Mike’s experience and introducing our customers to the juice.”

The former multi-unit Dunkin’ Donut & Baskin-Robbins franchisees plan to open five locations. The team has extensive industry experience. Cohen and Seth Goldstein were recognized by the International Franchise Association (IFA) as Franchisee of the Year (2009), and served in multiple leadership roles for both the IFA and Dunkin’ Brands. Additionally, the duo co-chaired the Dunkin' Donuts & Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation, which is in alignment with Jersey Mike’s core value of “Giving…making a difference in people’s lives.”
