Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Tempe on November 30. Franchise owners Sean Mapes and Leslie Mapes held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, November 30 to Sunday, December 4 to support Phoenix Children's Hospital.
The new restaurant, located at 1325 W. Elliot Road, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
