Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Boca Raton on February 1. Operating partner Shannon Tucker held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, February 1 to Sunday, February 5 to support Boca Raton High School, Del Prado Elementary School, and Addison Mizner Elementary School.
The new restaurant, located at 21200 St. Andrews Blvd., circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $3 contribution to the local schools.
“We’re looking forward to opening our doors in Boca Raton on February 1,” said Tucker. “We can’t think of a greater cause to support than the local schools. Everyone here has been so welcoming to us and we are excited to build and grow alongside such a great community."
