Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Fishkill Location
FISHKILL, NY., June 19, 2019– Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Fishkill on June 26. Franchise owner Bernadette Klein held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, June 26 to Sunday, June 30 to support Sparrow's Nest.
The new restaurant, located at 584 Route 9, circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Sparrow's Nest.
“We are so excited to celebrate the grand opening of the Jersey Mike’s in Fishkill with the community,” said Klein. “For our grand opening, we have teamed up with Sparrow’s Nest, an organization that provides a great source of comfort and hot meals to our local families coping with cancer diagnoses. In addition to our grand opening fundraiser, the Jersey Mike’s in Fishkill is pledging free meals throughout the year to any family in the Sparrow’s Nest network. It is our hope that we can provide some additional comfort and a friendly face for our friends, neighbors, and families who are fighting a challenging diagnosis.”
