“My wife and I are excited to bring the authentic Jersey Mike’s sub sandwiches to the Easton area,” said Sirotnak. “During our grand opening fundraiser, we will be partnering with the Make-A- Wish Foundation. We have friends who have been touched by the Make-A-Wish organization and the wonderful and rewarding work they do making the wishes of so many children come true! Jersey Mike’s is the perfect partner for Make-A-Wish. We look forward to introducing Mike’s Way to everyone!”
