Day of Giving Message for Customers

March 18, 2020

To Our Valued Jersey Mike’s Guests,

When we launched our annual Month of Giving fundraising campaign just a few weeks ago, none of us could have predicted the unprecedented changes in our daily routines due to COVID-19. 

As we do our best to take responsible action, in partnership with the CDC and public health authorities, to serve our guests and operators, we have made changes to our daily operations. 

This major disruption, unfortunately, impacts our annual Day of Giving celebration, scheduled for March 25.  We regret to tell you that we must cancel this year’s event.

We know how much the donations from the month mean to our 200 partner charities and we want to assure you that all donations made by our guests through March 31 will go to each local charity as planned. 

We are here to continue serving you during these difficult times:

  • Jersey Mike’s remains open for take-out orders with our dining areas temporarily closed to limit person to person contact.  
  • As of March 20, 2020 and until further notice, Jersey Mike’s will be offering free delivery through our mobile app.  
  • Third-party delivery is also available through our major partners.

If you are ordering Jersey Mike’s, donations can be made through the end of the month through our mobile app or onsite when picking up orders. If you’d like to support these charities, you can also find more information here and donate to them directly.

We recognize the essential work that these organizations do in the local community, and we hope that when this challenging time passes, that we will be able to look at other opportunities to support their missions.
