Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Tampa on May 21. Franchise owner Joshua Lincoln and general manager Tyler Ryals held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, May 21 to Sunday, May 25 to support Florida Hospital Carrollwood.
The new restaurant, located at 10051 N Dale Mabry Highway, circulated 5,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Florida Hospital Carrollwood.
“All it took was one sub and two short conversations to get me hooked on opening my own Jersey Mike’s location,” said Lincoln. “Everything about this restaurant concept, from the authentic menu to the exceptional customer experience, appealed to me as a business owner and further solidified my decision. I am grateful to be a part of the Jersey Mike’s family and for this opportunity to help the brand grow in the Tampa area.”
Lincoln added, “The Jersey Mike’s tradition is to partner with a local charity for the first five days that we are open. For our location in Tampa, we decided to team up with the Florida Hospital Carrollwood to raise funds and make a difference for our community.
