Jersey Mike's Brings Nashville Kids a Message of Hope

On Saturday, Aug. 1, Jersey Mike's Subs continued its mission of providing mentoring and inspiration to children throughout the country by bringing a one-of-a-kind program to Nashville.  The program, held at Vinny Links, stresses the importance of reaching for your dreams, and also features trick shot golfer Dennis Walters.  Each of the children attending received lunch from Jersey Mike's Subs. Area Director, Rick Hudson, and Franchisee and National Advisory Council member, Dan McDonald, were also in attendance.

"During his amazing show, Dennis Walters proved that with hard work and perseverance, anything is possible," said Dan McDonald. "That's a message we are proud to share with our local kids.  As I left the event I marveled at its success. Dennis Walters delivers a very powerful and positive message. I was personally thrilled to be a part of the program as one of the representatives of Jersey Mike's. This is a very positive message which exemplifies our commitment to our community. Thanks to Jersey Mike's, as an organization, for the support we give to First Tee and Dennis Walters.

I believe it will be good for our stores locally here in middle Tennessee and throughout the south, as the children attending who I met came from not only Tennessee, but also North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi."
