Jersey Mike's Subs continues its steady expansion throughout the country with the opening of its first sub shops in Illinois. In early April, the first Jersey Mike's Subs opened in Vernon Hills followed quickly by an opening in Naperville last week and one slated to open in Gurnee in May. All are located in the Chicago area. The company's authentic Northeast style subs are now available in 27 states.
