Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Princeton Location
Owner Celebrates With Free Sub Fundraiser

Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Princeton on June 18. Franchise owner Dee Curran and manager Tyler Smith held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, June 18 to Sunday, June 22 to support the Princeton Family YMCA.
The new restaurant, located at 3495 Highway 1 South, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to the Princeton Family YMCA.
“I grew up on Jersey Mike’s and the product is still a staple for my family,” said Curran. “After spending 32 years working in corporate America, I was ready to make a change in my career and Jersey Mike’s seemed like the perfect fit. Everything from the company culture, to the product quality, steered me in this direction to join the Jersey Mike’s family.”
Curran added, “By popular demand we’re opening our doors in the untapped Princeton market. It’s exciting to bring the brand to this part of our home state and open our doors in support of the community. For the grand opening fundraiser we are teamed up with the local YMCA to help raise money for a new playground as well as other programs. We are grateful to be here in Princeton and we look forward to opening our doors on June 18.”
