Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Frankfort Location
Owners Celebrate With Free Sub Fundraiser

Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Frankfort on April 30. Franchise owners Mac Shimmon and Bud Patel held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, April 30 to Sunday, May 4 to support Lincolnway East High School and Lincolnway North High School.
The new restaurant, located at Route 30 & La Grange Road, circulated 15,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Lincolnway East High School and Lincolnway North High School.
“We are so excited to bring the Jersey Mike’s brand to Frankfort,” said Shimmon. “Partnering with two local high schools for our grand opening fundraiser is a great way for us to become connected to the community. Our plan is to continue building longstanding relationships within Frankfort by giving back to different local organizations and causes. We invite everyone to join us in making a difference as we open our doors on April 30.”
