Jersey Mike's Subs Opens in St. Louis Park
Owners Celebrate Grand Opening with Free Subs

ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. – Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled Jersey Shore-style subs, officially opened its doors in St. Louis Park on August 7. Franchise owners Michael McGuire, Joseph Moll, and Joe Nachtrab held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, August 7 to Sunday, August 11 to support the Park Nicollet Foundation and the Sabes JCC.
The new restaurant, located at 1650 Park Place Boulevard, circulated 12,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to either the Park Nicollet Foundation or the Sabes JCC.
Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike's continued its steady growth in 2012 opening 92 new restaurants throughout the country, a 33 percent increase in new store growth over 2011.
McGuire, Moll, and Nachtrab exemplify Jersey Mike’s quest for excellence as it selects franchise owners who share the company's commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service and who are dedicated to giving back to the local community. Since 2010, locations throughout the country have raised almost $7 million for worthy local charities and distributed more than 500,000 free sub sandwiches to help numerous causes.

The company uses only private labeled meats and cheeses that are sliced fresh for each sub sandwich and piled high on in-store baked bread. This is the first Jersey Mike’s location for McGuire, Moll, and Nachtrab.
