Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- Jersey Mike's Gift Cards ("Gift Card") can be used at participating Jersey Mike's locations for goods and services sold at Jersey Mike's locations.
- Gift Cards do not expire, and no fees are charged.
- If you have a Gift Card beginning with the numbers "6276," please contact Customer Relations at 800-321-7676 and leave a detailed message including your name, phone number and gift card number
- Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
- Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require an additional payment via Gift Card, credit card, or cash for the balance due.
- Gift Cards will not be exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards will not be accepted if the card number is invalid, has not been activated, or cannot be found within the Jersey Mike's system.
- Resale of Jersey Mike's Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
- Gift Cards are issued by Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems, Inc. ("JMFS"), Manasquan, N.J.
- JMFS is incorporated in the State of New Jersey, and the purchase and sale of the Gift Cards shall be deemed to be in the State of New Jersey.
- Gift Cards purchased from sources other than JMFS and participating authorized franchisees may not be valid or may have less redeemable value than promised by an unauthorized seller. JMFS is not responsible for honoring invalid gift cards or values.
- JMFS reserves the right, and holder or purchaser of a Gift Card agrees that, JMFS may at any time change the terms of the program or contract with a third party to administer the Gift Card program.
